This chart helps teachers remember, through words and symbols, the characteristics of Levels 2, 3, and 4.

This is a sheet outlining what Design Question 1 looks like in the Marzano iObservation Protocol. Note the question, the focus statement, the possible teacher and student evidence to be gathered, and the desired effect of working through this design question. As well, a teacher learning scale is provided along with teacher reflection questions. Design Question 1 has to do directly with use of learning goals and performance scales, which are integral in SRG practices.
